About The Position

As a Senior Director on the Creators & Casting team, you’ll serve as a senior client lead and team leader, guiding large-scale creator-led campaigns from strategy through execution. You’ll provide a sharp cultural POV, ensure programs deliver measurable impact, and help shape the future of the agency’s creator capabilities. You’ll also mentor and inspire the team, acting as a bridge between day-to-day delivery and senior leadership. This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social strategy, or related field
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale creator campaigns for major consumer brands
  • Exceptional client leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of creator ecosystems, cultural trends, and platform nuances
  • Skilled in high-level negotiations, contract oversight, and budget management
  • Experienced people manager with a proven track record of developing mid-level and junior talent.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with flawless execution
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead creator-led programs, ensuring strategies align with brand objectives and cultural insights
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner and client lead, presenting ideas, strategies, and recommendations with confidence to senior brand stakeholders
  • Oversee multiple program teams, ensuring work is integrated, creative, and measurable
  • Guide and approve strategies, casting recommendations, and contract negotiations led by the broader team
  • Partner with the SVP and executive leadership to evolve the Creators & Casting practice, expanding capabilities and refining processes
  • Mentor and manage mid-level and junior staff, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence.
  • Anticipate client and market needs, proactively developing new solutions and opportunities
  • Contribute to new business efforts, leading creator strategy and presenting to prospective clients
  • Track, measure, and analyze performance across programs to deliver insights and push innovation
