TileBar is seeking a Senior Manager, Social & Influencer to elevate social into a best-in-class brand and growth channel. With 330K+ followers on Instagram and nearly 7MM monthly views on Pinterest, TileBar has built a meaningful digital presence; this role will shape its next phase of growth and channel expansion. This team member will own strategy and execution across social and influencer, continuing to shape how the TileBar brand shows up across platforms and strengthening our connection with the design community. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building differentiated strategies across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok. They are deeply fluent in brand positioning and storytelling, with the ability to translate TileBar’s elevated aesthetic into channel-right content that feels distinctive, thoughtful, and relevant. Reporting to the VP of Marketing with significant exposure to the CMO and working closely with the creative team, this role is accountable for defining a clear platform roadmap, maintaining a consistently high standard of execution, and evolving our social presence with intention. The right person brings strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ownership mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This position is based our of TileBar’s NYC office in Chelsea with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-office.
