About The Position

Graza is seeking an Associate Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing to lead their social media and influencer marketing strategy. This role involves overseeing a team of three, driving brand awareness and affinity through impactful content, campaigns, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and excited to lead Graza's social team through its next growth phase. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the Brooklyn, NY office.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the social/content/influencer space.
  • At least two years of experience in-house at a consumer brand.
  • At least one year of people management experience.
  • Strong POV on what makes for stand-out social and influencer programs.
  • Deep understanding of the social media and influencer landscape.
  • Experience managing significant social & influencer budgets.
  • Exceptional communicator with experience working with external vendors, partners, and agencies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Extremely proactive.
  • Equally creative and strategic.
  • Collaborator and team player.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of social-first content, series, and campaigns.
  • Drive brand awareness, affinity, and cultural relevance through content strategy.
  • Define monthly social content priorities across Instagram, TikTok, and new channels.
  • Oversee the social content strategy and calendar across all platforms.
  • Support the team in concepting, filming, and editing content.
  • Propose and drive opportunities for platform expansion.
  • Set the vision and strategy for Graza’s influencer and creator marketing program.
  • Strategize and execute on talent-driven creative campaigns and activations.
  • Lead the strategy and planning of all VIP / influencer gifting initiatives.
  • Spearhead our IRL VIP/ influencer activation strategy.
  • Support the team in all influencer/creator briefing and communications.
  • Drive our social community strategy.
  • Oversee all evergreen gifting and seeding initiatives.
  • Meaningfully insert Graza into the cultural conversation through brand engagement and community initiatives.
  • Manage the monthly social content and influencer marketing budget.
  • Collaborate with the broader brand and marketing team to extend social campaign impact.
  • Share social / influencer / community performance and insights through monthly reporting.

  • Base pay range: $140,000-$160,000 annually
