About The Position

Intelex is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Senior Director of Product to own the company’s inorganic growth agenda, including selective mergers and acquisitions, technology partnerships, strategic alliances, and product strategy, as well as market and competitive intelligence. The role is at the intersection of product, strategy, and business development, shaping growth beyond Intelex’s organic product portfolio. The role is the primary decision-maker and owner for inorganic growth activity and external technology relationships. It leads the identification, evaluation, and execution of acquisition targets, partnerships, and alliances that expand product capabilities, addressable markets, and competitive differentiation. It also establishes and operates the market and competitive intelligence function, translating information from customers, competitors, analysts, and market signals into strategic insights that inform roadmaps, positioning, and investment priorities. The position contributes to annual and multi-year product strategy, evaluates market-entry and portfolio opportunities, advises executives on strategic decisions, and represents Intelex in external industry and analyst settings. It also leads a small team of analysts and intelligence specialists. The role reports directly to the CPTO and works closely with the CEO and executive leadership.
