A growing ABA company is seeking a tech-savvy leader to oversee technology, systems, AI, and automation. This role will focus on optimizing business platforms, managing technology resources, and improving operational efficiency through innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Experience managing technology platforms, business systems, and IT vendors.
- Experience overseeing developers and technology projects.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or ABA industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee business platforms, including CentralReach, Viventium, Microsoft 365, and other systems.
- Manage IT vendors, devices, software, and system access.
- Lead developers and coordinate technology projects.
- Identify and implement AI solutions, automation, and workflow improvements.
- Optimize systems and processes to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams across the organization to align technology with business needs.
