The leader partners with bottler leadership and KO functions to deliver transformation from concept through pilot and scale, with clear governance, success criteria, adoption measures, and business-impact targets. The role also codifies successful initiatives into playbooks, enables replication across markets and bottlers, and builds system capabilities in segmentation, data-driven decision-making, and execution routines. The position is based in Atlanta, requires 26%–50% travel, and offers relocation. The listed pay range is $174,000–$204,000 USD, with an annual incentive reference value of 30%.
