About The Position

At THE/STUDIO, we are building the Operating System for Product Creation, redefining how creators and brands bring their physical product ideas to life. We are seeking a high-energy, consultative Senior Creative Specialist to manage our inbound sales engine. This role involves maximizing a high-volume stream of inbound opportunities by acting as a trusted advisor, uncovering client needs, closing initial deals, and nurturing accounts for repeat business. The ideal candidate will possess intelligence, extreme ownership, and the ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recent, quota-carrying sales experience (Account Executive or consultative Inside Sales experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of handling high-volume inbound leads in an SMB, tech, or service-based environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with confidence in video calls.
  • High proficiency with CRM workflows (Pipedrive experience is a plus) and managing quick, structured email sequences.
  • Interest in apparel, custom products, or manufacturing is a strong plus.
  • Basic Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a massive advantage.
  • Remote Infrastructure: Laptop/desktop (8GB+ RAM), stable internet connection (10+ Mbps), and a quiet, professional workspace.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (C1/C2) is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full inbound sales cycle, guiding leads through their production journey.
  • Confidently handle objections and position THE/STUDIO as a premier sourcing alternative.
  • Build and manage a book of repeat accounts, turning initial buyers into long-term partners.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with precision, fast sales cadences, and flawless CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Lead Generation, Production, and Design teams for accurate execution and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Develop industry mastery in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Design, and Product Development to challenge prospects and map solutions.
