About The Position

Tyson & Mendes is seeking an experienced California litigator to join its growing Los Angeles practice led by Partner Julee Fritsch Earley. The practice focuses on landlord-tenant and habitability litigation, as well as general liability and personal injury matters. The attorney will handle habitability claims, landlord-tenant disputes, premises-related issues, general negligence, personal injury, and other civil litigation. The successful candidate may develop as a second chair, expand trial experience, and take on greater responsibility as the team grows. The firm describes transparent advancement opportunities and a defined pathway to partnership. Attorneys have access to the firm's APEX methodology, Trial Academy, approach to Stopping Nuclear Verdicts®, modern case-management systems, advanced research resources, and AI-enabled legal technology. The team operates remotely, with remote, hybrid, or onsite work options available. It maintains connection through weekly meetings, individual strategy discussions, regular communication, and coordination with support staff. The base salary is $160,000–$190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Attorneys are also eligible for an annual billable-hours bonus. The firm offers comprehensive benefits, retirement matching, training and leadership development, paid parental leave, a flexible vacation policy for attorneys, technology reimbursement, and other programs described in the posting.
