SENIOR COOK (FULL TIME)
About The Position
The Senior Cook prepares food that is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local, and company standards, guidelines, and regulations. The role may oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director. It also assists the Food Service Director with daily production records and required documentation, reports, and logs, and supports cross-training employees. The position is based at Toyota, 4857 Dogwood Lane, Liberty, North Carolina. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday and weekends, with hours that may vary. Leadership and cooking experience are required. The listed pay range is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director.
- Prepare various entrees and menu items according to established recipes.
- Operate and clean equipment after each use, and perform scheduled routine cleaning.
- Store, label, and date food items according to policy; help maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage.
- Follow HACCP guidelines to help ensure the quality and safety of the food supply.
- Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
- Assist the Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete assigned documentation, reports, and logs.
- Assist in cross-training employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
