About The Position

Navan is hiring a Senior Commercial Solutions Consultant to help scale Navan Expense, an expense and corporate card solution designed to simplify expense management and provide finance leaders with real-time spending visibility and control. The consultant will work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams, including C-suite stakeholders, to delight clients and exceed goals.

The role supports Account Managers in expanding Navan Expense within existing strategic travel accounts, implementing the solution, and increasing adoption among commercial customers. The successful candidate will apply accounting and finance expertise alongside knowledge of expense management and corporate cards to understand client needs, develop effective strategies, and drive revenue. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing team within a global, multi-product, multi-market SaaS company.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of accounting or finance experience, including experience with ERP systems integrations.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Professional Services Consultant role at a rapidly growing fintech company, working with large strategic customers.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the value proposition and inner workings of the Navan expense and payments solution.
• Use accounting and finance knowledge and Navan Expense expertise to implement the solution and help clients realize its benefits.
• Apply project management skills to help clients succeed efficiently.
• Train and develop the Account Management organization on Navan Expense’s value proposition and product capabilities to drive usage and revenue from existing customers.
• Represent expense customers and partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Operations, and Implementation teams to drive product development.
