Full Time Retail Senior Client Advisor
About The Position
James Perse is hiring a full-time Senior Client Advisor for its Miami Design District store. The role focuses on client development and sales, achieving company objectives, and setting an example in customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. When store management is absent and the Senior Client Advisor is the most senior presence in the store, the role oversees store operations and staff. The position pays $20.00 per hour plus commission on personal net sales. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a retail or boutique store selling high-end goods and providing clientele-oriented sales.
- Experience in retail environments operating seven days a week, with open scheduling availability based on business needs.
- Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor, with the ability to represent and convey the James Perse brand lifestyle.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong independent work ethic, excellent time-management skills, and a high level of integrity.
- Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Build client relationships and manage communications consistent with the James Perse brand.
- Set an example for exceptional customer service, client experience, and store standards.
- Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and store standards.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
- Support operational tasks and projects.
- Open and close the store and complete opening and closing procedures.
- Apply knowledge of the local clientele and brand competitors.
- Participate in special events and projects as needed, including sample sales and physical inventory.
- Follow store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client-experience standards.
- Oversee the store and staff in the absence of store management when serving as the most senior presence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
