About The Position

JAMES PERSE is hiring a part-time Senior Client Advisor for its Palm Beach location. The role focuses on developing clients and driving sales while meeting company objectives. The Senior Client Advisor sets an example in customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. When serving as the most senior employee in the store in the absence of Store Management, this person oversees the store and staff. The position requires retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales. Candidates should be outgoing, energetic, professional, and able to represent the James Perse brand lifestyle. A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred. The position pays $20.00 per hour plus commission on personal net sales. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Prior experience in a retail or boutique store dealing with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
Experience in retail environments operating seven days a week, with open scheduling availability based on business needs.
Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong independent work ethic, excellent time-management skills, and a high level of integrity.
Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues or concerns courteously and professionally.
Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor and ability to represent the James Perse brand lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
Build client relationships and manage communications consistently with the James Perse brand.
Set an example for exceptional customer service, client experience, and store standards.
Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visual displays, and store standards.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
Support operational tasks and projects.
Open and close the store and complete opening and closing procedures.
Maintain knowledge of local clientele and brand competitors.
Participate in special events or projects as needed, such as sample sales and physical inventory.
Follow store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client-experience standards.
Oversee the store and staff when Store Management is absent and the Senior Client Advisor is the most senior person present.
Perform other duties as assigned.
