About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant (UAT Tester) to support the Consumer Bank and Lending Operations Innovation Hub’s portfolio of AI and automation initiatives. The role executes user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements, user expectations, and risk and compliance standards before production deployment. The position supports operations and strategic initiatives across multiple business groups, researches moderately complex business and operational initiatives, and contributes to planning, requirements development, testing, and implementation. It also involves managing relationships with cross-functional business partners and supporting risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience programs. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. It is not eligible for visa sponsorship, and relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

At least 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
At least 4 years of experience in UAT or other end-to-end testing.
At least 2 years of contact center experience.

Nice To Haves

Facilitated testing for AI products or machine learning models.
Experience with test creation, planning, coordination, and facilitating testing and routine.
Experience using Agile and testing platforms such as JIRA and Octane.
Familiarity with contact center routing platforms such as Genesys and Five9.
Experience working with Agentic Voice Service agents and LLM speech applications.

Responsibilities

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness of solutions, and manage the pipeline relating to assigned operations.
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
Write and execute test scripts and document results.
Write user stories from requirements using SDLC formats.
Gather and condition test data for Development and UAT.
Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry and competitor opportunities.
Review requirements and build test scenarios and scripts with minimal supervision.
Work independently to make recommendations for a support function while providing support and leadership.
Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
Execute applicable risk programs and follow Wells Fargo policies and procedures; fulfill risk and compliance obligations, escalate and remediate issues, and make sound risk decisions.
