About The Position

This position leads business analysis and ensures alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies. It promotes consistency and efficiency in major, complex, strategic cross-divisional, and enterprise-wide projects and initiatives from inception to completion. The role oversees and coordinates project teams, resources, and budgets to deliver projects or initiatives within dynamic and critical timelines. It interacts with all levels of management, including senior management, and supports prioritization of transformational program activities while tracking progress toward goals. The position follows HCSC’s hybrid flex policy, requiring at least three days in the office each week. Candidates who require current or future employment-based visa sponsorship are not eligible for consideration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience, or nine years of experience, in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or relevant healthcare industry experience.
Three years of experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions.
Experience developing and delivering presentations.
Problem-resolution experience and skills.
Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
Experience interpreting business and financial information.
Negotiation skills.
Verbal and written communication skills, including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations for senior management, and establishing a team environment.
Organizational skills.
Experience successfully managing multiple complex projects.
Detail-oriented.
PC proficiency, including MS Office products.
