About The Position
The SSFO Business Controls team is responsible for the establishment & oversight of effective controls within SSFO processes and adherence to regulatory & investor guidelines for all aspects of the SSFO organization. The team oversees the execution of effective risk and operational management processes including process management, issues management, risk operations, audit & exam management, quality assurance testing, complaints analysis and metric oversight. The SSFO Business Controls team is seeking a Sr. Business Control Specialist – Process Quality.
Requirements
- Current Quality Analyst experience in SSFO Operations (NS&S, ESO, DIIVO, BK, SCRA and/or UPO)
- Previous/Current experience in Process Quality and Oversight
- Previous experience in business controls
- Comfortable in learning/using new Systems of Record (SOR)
- Motivated - have an aptitude to learn quickly under pressure and be self-motivated
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Organized - strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
