As a Senior Consultant, you will provide expert guidance on operating models, process design, and performance measurements. You will build frameworks, playbooks, and recommendations that scale best practices. You will partner with leaders to solve complex operational challenges. Requirements
- 15+ years in operations, consulting, or continuous improvement roles
- Strong analytical, strategic, and storytelling skills
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and roadmaps
- Confidence presenting to executive audiences
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma or program management
Responsibilities
- Advise on process redesign and operating model improvements
- Develop playbooks, SOPs, and toolkits to enable consistency
- Analyze operational data; synthesize insights for leadership decisions
- Partner on strategic pilots and optimizations with cross-functional teams
