We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs, and processes. From analyzing, evaluating, and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential. As a Consultant, you will lead projects across process improvement, documentation, and measurement to improve operational impact. You will craft plans, coordinate partners, and ensure deliverables meet objectives. You will report progress and propose data-driven optimizations. Requirements
- 12+ years in operations or related fields
- Experience managing projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with collaboration and workflow tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with shared services or service desks
Responsibilities
- Own project plans, charters, and stakeholder coordination
- Document processes and ensure adherence to standards
- Track performance metrics and deliver readouts with recommendations
- Support change management activities and training
