Requirements

Strong functional experience with Centric PLM, including the ability to independently perform system configuration.
Solid understanding of industry standard business processes (apparel, F&B, Beauty, Consumer electronics, etc.) and the ability to map those processes to application capabilities.
Proven ability to lead structured client workshops, effectively document complex designs, and communicate functional trade-offs to business users.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops and interviews to document and validate client business requirements.
Create detailed functional design documents specifying the final configured state of the application.
Coach client through defining requirements, review and validate requirements with Technical Consultants.
Test and validate configurations prior to handoff to customer to test.
Execute the PLM basic configuration (views, enum, etc.) according to the approved user stories.
Work collaboratively with the technical consultant to ensure configuration adheres to best practices and performance standards defined by the Team Lead.
Own the functional integrity of the configured solution.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and provide critical functional guidance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to resolve issues related to configuration or design.
Actively participate in design peer reviews of colleague's work, providing constructive feedback on functional viability, complexity, and adherence to company standards.
Log and manage configuration and functional defects discovered during testing.
Escalate complex or challenging business requirement scenarios that threaten the standard design approach.
