About The Position
The SSFO Business Controls team establishes and oversees effective controls within SSFO processes and adherence to regulatory and investor guidelines across the SSFO organization. The team oversees risk and operational management processes, including process management, issues management, risk operations, audit and exam management, quality assurance testing, complaints analysis, and metric oversight. The posting identifies the team’s need for a Sr. Business Control Specialist – Process Quality. The role is based at the Westlake Village, California location, is first shift, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Current Quality Analyst experience in SSFO Operations (NS&S, ESO, DIIVO, BK, SCRA and/or UPO).
- Previous or current experience in Process Quality and Oversight.
- Previous experience in business controls.
- Comfortable learning and using new Systems of Record (SOR).
- Motivated and able to learn quickly under pressure and work self-directed.
- Analytical mindset and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School, or equivalent.
