About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Business Banking. The role is responsible for implementing technology-driven changes, including ongoing and new technology product releases. It translates business intent into clear, executable requirements for strategic platforms and legacy retirements while ensuring organizational readiness for change. The position supports multiple business groups and large-scale strategic initiatives, and works with cross-functional business partners to plan and implement programs, services, and initiatives.

The role requires onsite presence at one of the listed locations under a hybrid work schedule. Relocation assistance is not available, and the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.

Responsibilities

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness of solutions, and manage the pipeline related to assigned operations.
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
• Work independently to make recommendations for support functions by providing support and leadership.
• Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives, which may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
• Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
• Implement ongoing and new technology product releases and translate business intent into executable requirements for strategic platforms and legacy retirements.
• Help ensure the organization is ready for change.
