About The Position

Indiana Treatment Center is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative/Community Liaison to expand its reach, build community partnerships, drive admissions growth, and promote its recovery mission. The role focuses on developing growth strategies, strengthening referral relationships, and increasing community awareness of behavioral health treatment. The position is based in Mishawaka, Indiana, and candidates must live within a two-hour driving distance. It is full-time and requires up to 100% regional travel for community outreach and partnership development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field.
Proven success in business development, healthcare marketing, or community relations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong alignment with the mission to reduce stigma and expand access to treatment.
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be located within two hours’ driving distance of Mishawaka, Indiana.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to expand the organization's reach, grow referrals, and foster community engagement.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets tied to admissions and revenue.
Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Develop partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders.
Educate and advocate in the community to reduce stigma and increase awareness of programs.
Represent the center at conferences, networking events, and community programs.
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to align messaging and services.
Cultivate and maintain long-term referral relationships through excellent service and follow-through.
