About The Position

As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll lead clinical care for your caseload - designing individualized treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partnering directly with families to drive real progress. This role is designed for professionals who have earned their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical care for your caseload - designing individualized treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partnering directly with families to drive real progress.
  • Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.
  • Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs — continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential.
  • Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt with flexibility, and continuously seek opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
