Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role in North Carolina. The organization describes itself as clinician-led, with clinical leaders between the position and the CEO holding BCBA credentials. The role offers clinical autonomy, a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to work from home during non-billable hours. Saturday work is not expected unless the BCBA chooses to schedule make-up sessions. The BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs, provide parent education, and ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity. The position includes manageable caseloads, defined expectations for direct supervision and parent training, and flexibility in scheduling clinical care hours. Clinical and administrative support is provided by the organization’s support center. The potential annual salary is $82,000–$105,000, based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography. The role also offers an attainable monthly bonus of up to $21,600 per year. Employment is at-will, with no contracts or non-competes. The employer provides more than 60 hours of onboarding and ongoing clinical support, including monthly continuing education units, an annual research conference, weekly Clinical Development office hours, and access to approved CEU courses. The organization also offers study support for BCBA candidates and in-house RBT courses. Candidates must hold BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and active North Carolina LBA certification issued by the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board. Employment is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam; the employer pays for these screenings.
