Autism Learning Partners•Murrieta, CA
•$85,000 - $100,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical services in a hybrid work arrangement. The organization is clinician-led, with more than 300 BCBAs and every clinical leader between the role and the CEO being a BCBA. The position offers flexibility and clinical autonomy, manageable caseloads, and support-center assistance with intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. Non-billable work may be done from home, and the schedule is Monday through Friday. Saturday work is not expected unless the employee chooses to schedule make-up sessions. The BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop ABA programs, provide parent education, and ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity. The role also involves adapting to challenging situations, pursuing continuous growth, communicating proactively, collaborating with others, and meeting ALP standards and funding-source best practices for client-facing care and parent consultation. The position provides onboarding and ongoing clinical support, including monthly continuing education units, an annual research conference, weekly Clinical Development office hours, and access to approved CEU courses. The posting describes a path for advancement from BCBA to Clinical Director. Employment is fully at-will, with no contracts or non-competes. Applicants must hold BCBA certification through the BACB. Onboarding is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and having or receiving MMR/VZV immunities; ALP will pay for these requirements.
