Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical services in a clinician-led organization. The role offers a hybrid, flexible schedule, with opportunities to work from home during non-billable hours and a Monday–Friday schedule. Saturday work is not expected unless the clinician chooses to schedule make-up sessions. Clinicians manage balanced caseloads and choose when to deliver clinical care hours, with clear expectations for direct supervision and parent training. The BCBA supervises Behavior Technicians, conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develops ABA programs, provides parent education, and helps ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity. The role calls for flexibility in challenging situations, continuous growth, proactive communication, collaboration, and meeting ALP and funding-source best practices for client-facing care and parent consultation. ALP provides support with intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. The organization offers onboarding and ongoing clinical support, continuing education, advancement opportunities, and a benefits package. Employment is at-will, with no contracts or non-compete agreements. The position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam, which ALP will pay for.
