The organization offers support-center assistance for intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. It also provides onboarding and ongoing clinical support, continuing education, advancement opportunities, and employee benefits. The role requires BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Onboarding is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and having or receiving MMR/VZV immunities; the employer will pay for these requirements.
