Autism Learning Partners•Springfield, MA
•$80,000 - $88,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical services in a clinician-led organization. The role offers a hybrid flexible schedule, with opportunities to work from home during non-billable hours and a Monday–Friday schedule. Saturday work is not expected unless the BCBA chooses to schedule make-up sessions. Caseloads are balanced, with clear expectations for direct supervision and parent training, and clinicians choose when to deliver their clinical care hours. The BCBA supervises Behavior Technicians, conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develops applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs, and provides parent education. The role calls for flexibility in challenging situations, ongoing professional growth, proactive communication, and collaboration. Client-facing care and parent consultation must meet ALP standards and funding-source best practices. ALP provides support with intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. Clinical support includes more than 60 hours of onboarding, monthly continuing education units, an annual research conference, weekly Clinical Development office hours, access to more than 75 approved CEU courses, and opportunities for advancement from BCBA to Clinical Director. The position is at-will and does not require a contract or non-compete agreement.
