About The Position

The Senior Associate, Human Resources provides generalist support for Global Ops Infrastructure and VSM across all areas of Human Resources. The role leads and supports people-focused projects and initiatives, with an emphasis on creating a strong work environment for hourly field employees through efforts related to employee engagement, onboarding, career development, and the employee value proposition across the network. The position works in a distribution center environment three days per week.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Human Resources experience within food manufacturing or production, CPG, e-Commerce, or a high-growth/startup company.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, employment agency methods and operations, and developed interviewing skills.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Solid coaching and counseling skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience with SHRM / PHR.
• Comfortable giving presentations and administering training.
• Comfortable working in a distribution center environment three days per week.
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and passionate about Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist Human Resources support for Global Ops Infrastructure and VSM.
• Assist in administering procedures and policies.
• Participate in exit interviews and performance management cycles.
• Provide training support and resources to Associates.
• Ensure Open Door, diversity, and other values-related issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with the HR Director and HRBP team on interventions and fact-finding, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Coach, promote discussions, and make recommendations regarding development needs for non-exempt Associates and Supervisors.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
