About The Position

NCR Voyix is hiring a highly technical ServiceNow Senior Architect to help implement and enhance ServiceNow environments. The architect will lead roadmap planning, requirements gathering, design, integrations, and process automation for new and existing ServiceNow solutions. The role includes hands-on technical guidance and development, solution design for internal teams and external customers, release planning, and oversight of the NCR Voyix ServiceNow platform and solution offerings. The position is based onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, and requires the ability to travel up to 15%.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years of ServiceNow experience in development, configuration, or maintenance.
10+ years of JavaScript scripting experience.
4+ years of experience serving as an Architect for ServiceNow implementations involving ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM.
Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform and integration tools.
Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
Highly organized, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a high-profile, deadline-driven customer environment.
Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow roadmap, requirements-gathering, and design sessions for new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process automation.
Mentor and assist with hands-on development, including creating, configuring, and customizing application fields, forms, business rules, workflows, client scripts, user roles and groups, and access controls across applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM/TPSM.
Architect integrations with client IT Operations Management tools using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and web services or REST APIs as required.
Lead workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
Conduct design and technical sessions for active solutioning internally and with external customers as needed.
Apply industry experience and ServiceNow best practices.
Participate in release planning and implementations.
Perform code reviews and review technology-related client-facing and internal deliverables.
Contribute to continuous improvements in implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of NCR Voyix's ServiceNow platform and solution offerings.
