Senior Analyst

Huge is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Data Science and Analytics team in Colombia. The role involves analyzing data and generating insights on user engagement to support product decision-making. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective measurement of success. Desired skills include experience in data analysis, online experiments, GA4, visualization tools, SQL, and an appreciation for design and user experience. The responsibilities include defining learning objectives, evaluating analytics implementations, analyzing large datasets, leading presentations, collaborating with other teams, and developing partnerships with clients.

• Define learning objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics based on business objectives and design direction.
• Evaluate analytics implementations to optimize site interactions and behavioral variables captured.
• Analyze large integrated datasets to understand user engagement with client digital initiatives, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead analytics presentations for major clients and multiple streams of work.
• Collaborate with other teams to inform design, content, and user experience development decisions.
• Develop trusted partnerships with clients to deliver strategic insights.
• Evolve existing data ecosystems, evaluate measuring gaps, establish a roadmap, onboard new technologies, and define processes and governance.

• Experience creating reporting templates, crafting narratives from data analysis, and creating presentation materials to support that analysis.
• Experience crafting and analyzing online experiments with a strong understanding of A|B and multivariate testing.
• Experience with GA4 is required.
• Experience with Looker Studio or other visualization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL is required and experience with BigQuery is a bonus.
• Flexibility to adapt to new/unfamiliar tools, data, and problems, and experience with or interest in learning programming languages such as Python.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
