•$150,000 - $170,000•Remote

About The Position

Launch Potato is seeking a hands-on Partnerships & Business Development expert to grow banking, deposits, and investing partnerships and bring on new partners. Roughly 70–80% of the role focuses on expanding existing partners through larger budgets, better economics, and broader distribution; the remainder focuses on new business, primarily warm opportunities, with outbound outreach especially on the investing side. The role works alongside the Head of Partnerships, who focuses on the largest strategic partners. The Senior Account Manager will manage operations for those strategic banking partners and own other banking, deposit, and investing relationships both operationally and strategically. The position connects partner goals to placements across FinanceBuzz and Launch Potato’s publisher network, and includes direct exposure to senior leadership. The Head of Partnerships will work closely with the new hire during the first 90 days, with the goal of the role operating independently by about day 120. Success includes growing budgets and improving economics for existing partners, launching new banking and investing advertisers, and enabling the Head of Partnerships to focus on the largest strategic deals. Compensation is a base salary of $150,000–$170,000, set according to level and expertise based on initial interviews, plus an annual bonus based on company EBITDA and personal performance. There is no commission.
