Senior Account Manager, Banking & Investing

Launch Potato•Las Vegas, NV
•$150,000 - $170,000•Remote

About The Position

Launch Potato is seeking a hands-on partnerships and business development professional to grow its banking, deposits, and investing partnerships and develop new partner relationships. Approximately 70–80% of the role focuses on expanding existing partners through larger budgets, improved economics, and broader distribution; the remaining work centers on new partner acquisition, primarily through warm relationships, with outreach to prospective investing partners where relationships do not yet exist. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the Head of Partnerships. They will manage operations for the largest strategic banking partners alongside that leader, while owning the remaining banking, deposits, and investing relationships both operationally and strategically. The role includes connecting partner objectives with placements across FinanceBuzz and Launch Potato’s publisher network, and helping shape the strategy for these categories. The Head of Partnerships will work closely with the new hire during the first 90 days, with the aim of independent ownership by approximately day 120. The position combines account growth, partner operations, business development, negotiation, and coordination across internal teams. It is intended for someone who takes ownership of relationships and execution, rather than someone who only services accounts or hands them off after closing. Compensation is a base salary of $150,000–$170,000, determined by level and expertise based on initial interviews, plus an annual bonus based on company EBITDA and personal performance; there is no commission.
