As a Senior Account Executive, known at N2 as an Area Director, you launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You operate as a local publisher, building partnerships with local business owners, featuring residents and their stories, and growing a recurring revenue stream. If accepted, you follow a step-by-step launch plan, with the first months focused on establishing your territory and building your client base, then growing a business with your name on it. This hybrid opportunity combines in-person relationship building with work from your home office. Stroll is a hyperlocal magazine delivered to homeowners in select neighborhoods, featuring the residents, stories, and events that bring each community together. Area Directors use N2’s business model, tools, training, processes, and national support to bring a publication to life and develop it in their market. The average yearly commission earned among the top 10% of Reporting Publications—the 39 highest-earning publications out of 386 total—was $186,062. Within this group, the median was $171,717, the highest was $344,968, and the lowest was $129,673. Financial results may differ; assumptions and qualifiers are in Item 19 of N2’s October 9, 2026 franchise disclosure document.
