About The Position

As a Senior Account Executive, known at N2 as an Area Director, you launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You operate as a local publisher, building partnerships with local business owners, featuring residents and their stories, and growing a recurring revenue stream. N2 provides a step-by-step launch plan, training, tools, national support, and established processes. The first months focus on establishing your territory and building your client base, followed by growing a business with your name on it. This hybrid opportunity combines in-person relationship building with work from your home office. The role offers control over your schedule and the opportunity to build a business and reputation in your market. Area Directors manage their territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations while partnering with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support. The average yearly commission among the top 10% of Reporting Publications was $186,062. The posting notes that individual financial results may differ and refers readers to Item 19 of N2's October 9, 2026 franchise disclosure document for assumptions and qualifiers.
