About The Position
The Selling Sales Manager sells RJ Young products and services while managing sales representatives in defined accounts and territories. The role fosters customer relationships and provides value through the company’s products and services. The position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours work and travel for meetings. Minimum travel is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous sales experience in business or technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales representatives and sell in defined accounts.
- Attain team quotas while maintaining acceptable profitability.
- Assist with sales and competitive strategies within accounts.
- Develop and present proposals for qualified prospects.
- Plan daily and weekly activities to maximize time with current and potential accounts.
- Initiate account surveys and interviews to determine feasibility and program potential.
- Conduct weekly sales team meetings and training.
