About The Position

Our client, in staffing, is seeking to add a NEW Selling Branch Manager (Dallas) to their team. The Selling Branch Manager (Dallas) is responsible for leading operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building client relationships, and has a strong track record of driving sales growth within the staffing and recruiting industry. This is a Direct Hire role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales within the staffing or recruiting industry
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive “hunter” mentality with a focus on business development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including leadership of all on-site personnel
  • Analyze client operations and develop tailored staffing solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and performance
  • Conduct regular sales and service meetings with existing and prospective clients to uncover needs and expand business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning
  • Partner with recruiting teams to support onboarding, training, and development of new hires, fostering a culture of growth and retention
  • Execute marketing and promotional initiatives, including travel and in-person relationship building, to expand market presence
