About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The position is based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, and includes a set schedule with several shift options: 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Wednesday–Sunday; 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Saturday–Wednesday; 7 a.m.–3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; or 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. The hourly wage is $19.75. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to employees.

The role involves observing security screens, documenting incidents, responding to threats, patrolling premises, controlling access, and helping protect people and property. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents in detailed reports.
