About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The role involves monitoring surveillance systems to spot threats before they escalate, documenting events, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, controlling access, and helping protect people and property. Work may take place in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

The listed schedules are 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Wednesday–Sunday; 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Saturday–Wednesday; or 7 a.m.–3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday plus 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. The hourly wage is $19.75. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and describes opportunities for career growth. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report-writing skills.
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Must have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
