About The Position

The Security Supervisor supports the daily security and safety operations of the hotel by ensuring compliance with safety procedures, conducting inspections, maintaining accurate records and reports, managing access control systems, and assisting with risk prevention initiatives. This position works closely with all departments to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for guests, hosts, and property assets. Assists in overseeing disciplinary action, interviewing new hires and/or transfers, and staff development training for the staff.

Requirements

• Active driver's license
• State of Hawaii Security Guard License required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Security, Safety, Loss Prevention, or a related field
• Hospitality experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
