About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and professional Site Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at our facility. This position will supervise three Security Guards working daily 8-hour shifts, as well as weekend security personnel, and will be responsible for ensuring the facility remains safe and secure.

Requirements

Previous security experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to remain professional and calm in difficult situations.
Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly patrol the facility and property.
Must be available to respond to security staffing or facility needs as required.

Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and provide direction to Security Guards.
Ensure appropriate security coverage for daily and weekend operations.
Monitor the employee entrance and ensure all individuals entering the facility are authorized to be on company property.
Ensure employees follow required iris/eye-scan procedures when entering the facility.
Conduct routine walks of the property to ensure gates, doors, and other access points are closed, locked, and secure.
Monitor for suspicious or unauthorized activity and respond appropriately to security concerns.
Work closely with Human Resources and Safety management regarding security-related matters.
Escort employees from company property when requested by Human Resources or management.
Respond to security incidents and document or report concerns as necessary.
Ensure Security Guards follow company policies and established security procedures.
