About The Position

The Security Supervisor helps maintain facility safety and support a welcoming guest experience at a Hilton hotel. The role patrols hotel premises, assists with emergency response, supervises and develops Security Guards or Officers, investigates incidents, promotes workplace safety, and provides security officer coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards or Officers, providing guidance and support to promote high performance.
• Conduct preliminary investigations of incidents, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate security incident reporting.
• Encourage team members to follow safety protocols and best practices.
• Perform security officer responsibilities as needed.
