About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring an entry-level Concierge Security Officer for retail and other customer-facing environments. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, building meaningful connections, and helping people feel reassured and confident. Officers may work in environments such as shopping centers, office towers, and hotels. Full-time and part-time shifts are available at sites in North Las Vegas, South Las Vegas, and Mid-South 2. The position pays $16 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost.

Requirements

Have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
Have a PILB license in hand.
Have superior people skills.
Have a valid driver's license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a superior work ethic and integrity.
Have or be able to obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within seven days of an offer.
Be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

Make excellent customer service the top priority.
Work collaboratively as a team member.
Observe and survey the assigned area and report activity.
Provide a physical deterrent through patrols on foot, by car, or by other provided means.
Help limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, and threats.
Respond rapidly to critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards when appropriate.
Safely operate and maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment.
