About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring Security Officers to observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites, helping protect client property and personnel. The role requires meeting and continuing to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers or Guards. Positions are available full-time and part-time, with second- and third-shift schedules and weekend work included. The listed pay range is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, and a $250 sign-on bonus is available after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a lifetime background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills and act professionally.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers or Guards.
• Visible body-piercing accessories and visible tattoos are not permitted unless authorized.
