About The Position
Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced, highly organized Operations Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of municipal service and public-facing operations throughout Southern California. The position oversees approximately 100 employees, a fleet of roughly 30 vehicles, and multiple client sites. It leads contracts, manages operational resources, develops teams, and maintains strong client relationships and service quality. The role involves regular travel between assigned client sites and a combination of office, field, and client-site work. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with flexibility to respond to urgent operational issues after hours when needed. A personal vehicle is required for site visits.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support approximately 100 employees across multiple locations.
- Manage site leaders, supervisors, and operational staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and community partners.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence and employee engagement.
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Train personnel on site-specific requirements and operational procedures.
- Respond to incidents, service concerns, and urgent operational matters.
- Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and readiness.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with client expectations.
- Balance competing priorities across multiple locations while maintaining service quality.
