About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location in Colorado Springs, Colorado, you will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols, report observations, and help maintain a professional environment through teamwork and integrity. The role offers access to a platform for viewing and claiming additional shifts.

Requirements

Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site procedures; document observations and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, follow established site protocols, and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and emergency responders as needed.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations in accordance with site requirements.
