About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver at an aerospace and defense location in Clearfield, Utah, you will help safeguard clients and support critical operations. You will conduct routine and random unarmed patrols, remain visible to deter incidents, monitor assigned areas and access to restricted spaces, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors. The role also involves responding to incidents and alarms, documenting security activities, and providing customer service while following site-specific policies and procedures.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
At least one year of security-related experience.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen.
Licensing requirements are subject to applicable state and local laws and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following site protocols and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report access-control concerns or policy violations to site leadership.
Accurately document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in required reports and logs.
