About The Position

As a Security Officer Logistics in Brunswick, Georgia, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. The role involves providing professional customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers and working as part of the Allied Universal team.

Requirements

Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state and local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution buildings, loading areas, parking lots, access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and driver credentials, and maintain accurate logs of arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
Report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel and complete required documentation.
