About The Position

As an unarmed patrol officer at an automotive location in Sparks, Nevada, you will safeguard clients, employees, visitors, and customers by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting a welcoming environment. You will communicate professionally, respond to security concerns, and provide customer service while following site-specific policies and procedures. The role is full-time and pays $25.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 12:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at an automotive-related location by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents, vehicle lot concerns, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of vehicle lots, parking areas, service areas, entry points, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify authorized personnel and visitors as required by site procedures.
• Report unusual activity, damaged property, and unsecured entrances.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with company and site-specific requirements.
