About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Office Building Patrol in Cleveland, Ohio, you will serve and safeguard clients in commercial real estate settings. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, integrity, and teamwork. This is a full-time position paying $15.30 per hour. The scheduled hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Document patrol activities, observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns in accurate daily activity reports.
