About The Position

As a Security Officer Spanish Visitor Registration in Miami, Florida, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. In this front desk security role, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and team members. The position is full-time and pays $16.26 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at a commercial real estate location.
Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and access records.
Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Maintain clear communication with building management, tenants, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters and site activity.
